Diligence
After applying, a LifeX Ventures investment team member will review and inform the company of our interest. If the company aligns with our investment guidelines, follow up from our investment team will occur. At that time, the due diligence process is initiated, with an introductory call, then progressing to a pitch presentation if the company is deemed suitable for further consideration. Upon initial approval, the company enters an intensive due diligence phase, including a comprehensive data room review to ensure a thorough evaluation is completed before any potential investment.
